¿Pueden los minusválidos imponer que, con cargo a la Comunidad se hagan desaparecer las barreras arquitectónicas en las zonas comunes del edificio?

Contestación:

Los minusválidos no pueden imponer por sí solos esta clase de medidas, pero los acuerdos que tiendan a la supresión de estas barreras serán válidos con el solo voto favorable de la mayoría de los propietarios que representen, a su vez, la mayoría de las cuotas, aunque sean contrarios a los estatutos de la Comunidad.
