Cuando compramos una finca o una casa gravada por ejemplo con una hipoteca, nosotros nos convertimos en los nuevos deudores y por lo tanto seremos los pagadores de las cantidades que queden pendientes. La persona o entidad acreedora que inscribe la hipoteca tiene derecho de preferencia para el cobro, frente a otras posibles deudas que pueda contraer el propietario de la casa o del bien inscrito.
